Policy and Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.
If something doesn’t work out, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.
- Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- Ship the product to us as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
- We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.

To exchange a defective or broken item please email our customer service department.
Our customer service representatives are available 9:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday ET and usually respond within 24-48 hours.
How to return an item for our Website Customers
- Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
- Print a copy of your order invoice and place in the box with your return.
- Send the package to: PowerPeak Products, 1880 Sterling Pl, Brooklyn NY 11233, Attn: Returns Dept.
- After you have sent the package, you may inform us by sending an email to service@powerpeakproducts.com. Include the tracking number in your email to help us track your package and ensure you a quicker return process.
