Policy and Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges 

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free. 

If something doesn’t work out, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.

To return your items, follow the instructions below (steps 1-4).  

To exchange a defective or broken item please email our customer service department. 

Our customer service representatives are available 9:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday ET and usually respond within 24-48 hours. 

How to return an item for our Website Customers

  1. Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets. 
  2. Print a copy of your order invoice and place in the box with your return. 
  3. Send the package to: PowerPeak Products, 1880 Sterling Pl, Brooklyn NY 11233, Attn: Returns Dept.
  4. After you have sent the package, you may inform us by sending an email to service@powerpeakproducts.com. Include the tracking number in your email to help us track your package and ensure you a quicker return process.
