Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1 Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2 Print a copy of your order invoice and place in the box with your return.
3 Send the package to:

4 After you have sent the package, you may inform us of that by sending an email to service@powerpeakproducts.com. Include the tracking number to help us keep track of your package.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any and all items within 30

calendar days from receipt.

To return the items follow the instructions above (steps 1-4).

To exchange a defective or broken item please call or email our customer service department. Our customer service reps are available 9:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday EST and usually respond within a few hours.

Our return and refund policy is described above. According to NYS law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
