Only registered products are eligible for warranty. To register your PowerPeak product, please create an account and register your product within 1 year of purchase. To contact PowerPeak about a warranty issue, please submit a ticket on your dashboard. If you are a direct reseller, please contact your distributor/source. Without proof of purchase, PowerPeak is unable to process the warranty request. In some cases, the product being warranted needs to be returned prior to receiving a replacement product.

PowerPeak 1 Year Limited Warranty

Applies to all Powerpeak products that have been registered on the website. The PowerPeak Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees to the end-user of this product that it is free from defects in material and workmanship – and that if used in accordance with any accompanying labels or instructions, it will perform as specified for one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, damages caused by accident, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is PowerPeak's only warranty. There are no other express or implied warranties for these products, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and the purchaser’s remedy is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty is only valid in the United States and the product must have been purchased through an authorized dealer. PowerPeak will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of any PowerPeak products. The PowerPeak Limited Warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Base Limited Lifetime Warranty

Applies to all Base products that have been registered on the website. The Base Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees to the end-user of this product that it is free from defects in material and workmanship – and that if used in accordance with any accompanying labels or instructions, it will perform as specified. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover loss, theft, damages caused by accident, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. The lifetime warranty only covers one replacement per product purchased. This warranty is Base's only warranty. There are no other express or implied warranties for these products, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and the purchaser’s remedy is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty is only valid in the United States and the product must have been purchased through powerpeak.com or an authorized dealer.
